The Blue Hook Philosophy is best described by the questions contained within the Startup Quality Survey. The questions themselves were influenced a great deal by the principles of W. Edwards Deming. We want to make his approach to quality accessible for startups who are looking to build sustainable businesses.
All too often, venture-backed companies place an emphasis on short term priorities, and fail to focus on continually improving the product. It is reasonable for potential clients to wonder whether it is worth it to hire a consultant. What is the cost? The benefit? We can assure you that the cost of a working with us is much lower than hiring even one additional developer. The return is difficult to measure, but that is a lesson in and of itself.
